Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 14.03.2026

1. Monthly Retainer Cancellation

Clients on a monthly retainer may cancel their service by providing 30 days' written notice. Services will continue until the end of the notice period.

Fees for services already rendered up to the date of cancellation are non-refundable. Any prepaid fees for services not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

2. One-Off Project Deposits

Deposits paid for one-off projects are non-refundable. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the project.
